2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase under the following conditions:

• The software fails to function as described
• You encounter technical issues that we cannot resolve
• The license cannot be activated successfully

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be granted if:

• The product has been used extensively
• The issue is due to user error or misuse
• You simply change your mind after successful use

4. Subscription Plans

For subscription plans (Monthly/Yearly):

• You may cancel anytime
• No partial refunds for unused time
• Access continues until end of billing cycle
