2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase under the following conditions:
- The software fails to function as described
- You encounter technical issues that we cannot resolve
- The license cannot be activated successfully
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be granted if:
- The product has been used extensively
- The issue is due to user error or misuse
- You simply change your mind after successful use
4. Subscription Plans
For subscription plans (Monthly/Yearly):
- You may cancel anytime
- No partial refunds for unused time
- Access continues until end of billing cycle
